STEPS FOR BE FIT


You must have volunte and also must have dicipline. Go to a nutricionist in order for you to get the correct instructions about what to eat and what not. Do the correct exercises, start with 5 pull ups and  10 abs and while    the time oases add more repetitions to your exercise. Be constant on what you do. Always warm up before an activitie and strech after. Dont forget always to eat healthy and drink alot of water

we recomend you do 3 specific exersises.

1. pull ups
2. push ups
3. abdominals

this 3 exercises to get abs and also to be fit.
